- Restrict pizza,3 pieces of medium thin-crust once a week
- A burger once a week is alright
- One a week, cooked rice 200g + 1 k(150ml) of dal/rajma/raita
- Restrict sugar to 2 tsp a day
- Mango & banana eat seldom
- sweets once in 5 days (a piece of cake,1 gulab jamun,1 rasgulla, 150gs of gajar halwa, etc) or
otherwise 20 gs of dairy milk chocolate daily - Potatoes may be had on alternate days, only for lunch, say alloo mater, gobi alloo, paneer
alloo - In case of weight increases, instead, have a glass of milk + 2 fruits & miss one dinner
- Just focus on portion control, walking 30′ daily, avoid late nights & weight will be managed.
